I was washing dishes this morning and realized this is the view from the kitchen. It made me happy.

Comment by amy April 20, 2008 @ 1:16 pmcraigslist! $25 each from the original owner, who’d bought them from a friend’s local “mod” furniture shop back in the 60s. it took me forever to get around to stripping the wooden bases, and it’ll take me another forever to get around to slip-covering the tops. they look great from a distance, though, don’t they? :)
