Oven-dried tomatoes tossed with the insides of a round zucchini, mozz cheese, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, and various dried herbs. Baked in a zucchini shell until tender. The vinegar made the zucchini taste like marinated artichoke hearts, a delicious surprise.
