Reason #26 Why You Should Have a Random Stash of Pepperoni in the Freezer

I’m still on a leftovers kick. Pita and mozz were left over from making spinach and artichoke dip for that potluck party, ricotta and sauce were left over from making ricotta spaetzle, and the basil and pepperoni just happened to be around.

Not a bad way to use up excess ingredients in the fridge.

hehe, there’s some similarity to what I’ve been snacking on recently(give or take, and I mean seriously take): pita- cracked open and stuffed with the smelly cheese, handfull of parsley and a dab of whatever else is first in the fridge.
Maybe it would be a bit better if I was heating it up?!?! Takes 3 minutes – so no!! hehe ;) :)
